NevroCode - on and offline word processor

This is an interesting looking tool. You down load a small application to your desktop (400K) and then you have a word processor that you can use online or offline. It allows sharing and collaboration. The product is in ALPHA so it may have some bugs but, this has potential and is a space worth watching.
