It is overwhelming to think about how fast things are changing for today's students. I watched both videos and was surprised at some of the statistics. My grandsons (ages three and six) already have Ipods, play video games, use the internet, and have their own digital cameras. They think nothing of using a cellphone. All of this seems to come naturally to them, so I am sure they will expect their teachers to know about and use technology. By the way, they also find a lot of time to play outside and read books!
