Perhaps the biggest tragedy is not really that they don&#039;t get it, but that they don&#039;t trust the people who DO.

When a leader in their field in your school wants a resource to learn, trust them. Even better, show and interest and LEARN from them. 

Leaders at the top don&#039;t need to know everything, that&#039;s ok, but I&#039;m  astounded at the damage that can be caused by fearful leaders who won&#039;t allow their best people to develop as those people see fit. 

I trust, that YOU are trusted.</description>
