The video even if you ignore the stunning message is a work of excellent construction and prose, but when you add in the message then it becomes exceptional.

I added this to my blog the first time I saw it. It is definitely a powerful motivational tool. I was wondering if anyone might have some insights into how I might engage others in a virtual discussion of this piece and how to inspire action from it.
