Announcing – Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy version 3.0
I have recently updated Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy to version 3.0. This version includes starter sheets and refreshed rubrics. It is probably still a little ragged in places so I would appreciate any suggestions and corrections.
Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy V 3.0 in PDF
As usual the Bloom’s digital taxonomy is produced under a creative commons licience. I might see if a publisher is interested in printing later.

Thanks for all the work that went into the writing of this. This will form a solid base for students to approach technology with a similar structure to those now used in “core” areas. While the technology will change as technology evolves, the thinking and skills requirements will remain.

This is impressive work! I am certain by now you have caught the typo in the first line. That doesn’t concern me. I am wondering if I can save it to my hard drive and read it depth later? Hate to display my ignorance on this topic, but admit I know next to nothing about creative commons license.

Hi Andrew,
A terrific achievement, whith lots of great ideas and sites and applications – many new to me. A great framework. I showed many teachers where I work, and they were very excited!
My only negative: there seems to be a fault in page 61 that stops the PDF printing. Can you update the file, please?
Ian

[...] In An Absence of Leadership, Scott suggests a good place to start is the ISTE’s NETS for Students and NETS for Teachers. I would then add an introduction to Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy. Bloom’s Taxonomy is familiar tool all teachers use when trying to infuse higher level thinking into their lessons and this is a great way to allow teachers to connect to what they already know. Andrew Churches has shown how it applies to technology integration – including the new Web 2.0 tools. Illustration by Andrew Churches – from Bloom’s Digital Taxonomy V 3.0: [...]
